2. Author/Event: Live Music at Barnes & Noble Featuring Sweet Duration
Date/Time: Saturday May 8th at 7:30 pm

Barnes & Noble is proud to bring regular live music back to the Almaden location. Join us as power pop/rock and folk band Sweet Duration performs. One of the South Bay's up-in-coming young bands. They have already received airplay on local radio stations and received regional attention. Don't forget to pick up copies of their self-titled debut CD and their new EP, No More!

3. Author/Event: History Makers: Archeologists Dig Up Our Past Featuring panel guests: Dr. Rebecca Allen, Dr Russel Skowronek and Mark Hylkema. Moderated by History San Jose President Dave Crosson

3. Event: Young Scientists Club - The Earth Inside Out!

Kids age 8 and up are welcome to join our Young Scientists Club! Join us as we learn about earthquakes, volcanoes and other geologic phenomena

4. Event: Order of the Phoenix Harry Potter Book Club
